Warnings
Snowskating and SkateBoarding can be a dangerous activity. Minimize danger and maximize safety and fun by following these warnings and instructions:
Read all of these warnings and instructions prior to riding.
Parents - Please read these warnings and instructions and explain them to your kids prior to allowing them to ride the RAILZ snowskate.
Kids must be supervised by an adult.
Protective gear is strongly recommended, wear a helmet, wrist guards, and protective pads.
Ride within your abilities.
Start out on flat ground or shallow slopes. Get used to the ride prior to attempting steeper slopes.
Ride cautiously at all times, be aware of other riders and obstacles around you.
A runaway board is dangerous! The RAILZ snowskate does not have a breaking system. Attach the included leash between you and the RAILZ snowskate at all times while on the slopes, including riding, hiking, riding chair lift, or just chillin'.
If you are riding at a ski area, it is your responsibility to follow all posted rules and regulations.
Check your RAILZ snowskate and leash for wear and damage before every ride and periodically while riding. If worn or damaged parts are found, replace them prior to continued use of product.
Ensure that all mounting hardware (screws, bolts, nuts) are in place and tightened appropriately. Do not ride a RAILZ snowskate if any of the mounting hardware is loose or shows signs of corrosion (rust).
Speed can be controlled by turning across the slope when riding on hills.

THE USER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE AND/OR INJURY TO THE RIDER OR OTHER PERSONS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE RAILZ SNOWSKATE, WHETHER CAUSED BY ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
